The first company in the group was founded by Mr. Abdu Sarhan Al-Ahwal in Radda 1961 as importer and distributor for agro-machinery, as Al-Ahwal General Trading Co.

In the year 1978 the company moved to Sana’a capital. After the expansion of the food & export business, a new company dealing in the imports and distribution of food & export was founded in the year 1978, as ATMA Trading & Industry Co.

In 1994, our company started the automotive division dealing with the highest quality cars world wide. Our company is committed to provide high quality vehicles and services in order to keep customers happy and satisfied. Since then Al- Ahwal is a proud partner of Volkswagen.

It is not enough for us to move forward as a company. Our principal concern is to satisfy our customers in order to keep a long-term relationship built on trust.
